Warranty
• Surge Audio products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
• Warranty coverage does not apply to products damaged by improper installation, misuse, abuse, overheating, clipping, incorrect wiring, over-voltage, under-voltage, water damage, modification, physical damage, or excessive vibration.
• ALL AMPLIFIERS MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY TO A SOLID, NON-VIBRATING SURFACE. DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXCESSIVE VIBRATION IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
• AMPLIFIERS MOUNTED DIRECTLY TO SUBWOOFER ENCLOSURES/BOXES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, AS THIS CREATES EXTREME VIBRATION THAT CAN DAMAGE INTERNAL COMPONENTS.
• Products with removed, altered, or mismatched serial numbers are not eligible for warranty service.
• Surge Audio reserves the right to repair or replace products at its discretion.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise approved by Surge Audio.
