Shipping
- Surge Audio offers free shipping on orders over $100 to the Continental US. International shipping as well as shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will not be automatically calculated. If you would like to receive your package to one of these destinations, you will need to reach out via email for a shipping quote.
- In most cases, product will be shipped same day when ordered Monday - Friday before 3PM MST, excluding Holidays.
- Product usually arrive in 2-7 business days. If you are having an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) first.
- Signature delivery is mandatory with no exceptions. If you cannot be home to receive the delivery, you can have the shipment held at a UPS/Fedex location for pickup.
- Surge Audio will only ship items to the billing address provided. No exceptions.
- By default, Route Package Protection is selected. This is the ONLY insurance offered. Surge Audio does not add insurance with the shipping carrier.
- Surge Audio is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your product is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged upon arrival, please file a claim with Route.
- It is not recommended to deselect Route. If your product is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged upon arrival, the responsibility will fall on the recipient to find an outcome. Again, Surge Audio is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Returns
- Surge Audio accepts returns of unopened/unused product within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns incur a 15% restocking fee.
- After 30 days, Surge Audio does not accept returns. Per our warranty policy, defective products will be replaced/repaired for a period of 1 year after purchase.
- You must email Surge Audio to start your return.
