Shipping Policy
• Surge Audio offers free shipping on orders over $100 within the Continental United States.
• International shipping, as well as shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, is not automatically calculated at checkout. Customers must contact us by email to receive a shipping quote prior to placing an order.
• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM MST typically ship the same business day, excluding holidays.
• Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days depending on destination and carrier transit times.
• Signature confirmation is required on all deliveries with no exceptions. Customers who are unavailable at the time of delivery may request to have their package held at a UPS or FedEx pickup location.
• For fraud prevention purposes, orders will only be shipped to the billing address provided at checkout.
• Route Package Protection is selected by default at checkout and is the only shipping insurance offered through Surge Audio.
• Surge Audio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment. Customers must file all shipping-related claims directly through Route.
• Customers who choose to remove Route Package Protection assume all responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Returns
• Surge Audio accepts returns of new, unopened, and unused products within 14 days of the delivery date.
• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED, INSTALLED, USED, MODIFIED, DAMAGED, OR RETURNED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
• Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchasing.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
• ANY PRODUCT SHOWING SIGNS OF INSTALLATION, USE, ABUSE, TAMPERING, OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE WILL BE DENIED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE.
• After 14 days, returns will no longer be accepted.
Return Authorization
• Customers must contact Surge Audio by email to obtain return or warranty authorization before sending any product back.
